Bmst. Dipl.-Ing. Rainer Altmann, MSc, MRICS, Real Estate Economist (ebs) has been in the real estate industry for over 35 years: as a project developer, facility, property and asset manager, he has worked in Hungary, Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Italy and the USA in the residential, office, hotel, retail and industrial asset classes. In 2001, he developed the university course “Real Estate Management” at the University for Continuing Education (Danube University) Krems, for which he has been responsible as course director since 2018. His company, amascon Immobilien- und Consulting GmbH, has been advising companies with large real estate portfolios as well as private individuals on strategic and operational real estate management, energy efficiency, decarbonization, project development and property valuation since 2003.
