Martina Maly-Gärtner, MRICS, joined the Management Board of UBM Development AG as COO on September 1, 2021. As part of her international career, she has been responsible for the hotel portfolio and strategy development of Arabella Hospitality, headquartered in Germany, as COO since 2018. Prior to this, she was Managing Director of the European-focused tourism consultancy and hotel development company Michaeler & Partner in Vienna for 8 years. In addition, Maly-Gärtner has over 10 years of experience in operational hotel management in America, the Middle East and Europe with internationally recognized hotel chains.
