Peter Ulm is a lawyer and business economist and has held various positions in the real estate industry since 1993. Starting with the financing of real estate projects, through investment management and project development of both commercial and residential real estate, he has built up a wealth of experience. With the company he founded, “allora Immobilien”, he focuses on large-volume project developments in Austria. Peter Ulm has recently (2022) taken over the management of Empira Management, the Austrian subsidiary of the investment and asset manager Empira Group.
