Dr. Andreas Köttl has been Chief Executive Officer of value one holding AG since 2005. Since 2017, he has also been President of the ÖGNI – Austrian Society for Sustainable Real Estate Management. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of Value One Development (formerly IC Projektentwicklung). Before joining Value One in 2005, Köttl worked for the Austrian family-owned company Kwizda and the Hutchinson Wampoa Group based in Hong Kong.
