Andreas Ridder, Managing Director Austria, manages and coordinates the offices in Austria.

He has extensive real estate knowledge, particularly in the investment market. Andreas Ridder combines this experience with a special focus on the business requirements of each customer.

Before joining CBRE, Andreas Ridder worked for Bank Austria/Creditanstalt in the area of real estate investments and real estate development projects in Austria.

Andreas Ridder joined CBRE in 1991 as Managing Director of the newly established office in Austria. In this role, he initially built up the Vienna office and later the CBRE network in Central and Eastern Europe.

He holds an MBA from INSEAD Fontainebleau and is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
