What does the High Potential Program offer?

Our High Potential Program offers students and young professionals in the real estate industry the opportunity to participate in re.comm and be accompanied by experienced mentors from the industry.

Requirements for applying as a mentee

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the real estate industry or young professional (up to 3 years of professional experience) in the real estate industry.

  • The mentee takes part in all three days of re.comm (November 13 to 15, 2024).

  • Submission of a final thesis of approx. 2 pages after re.comm 24; this will then be discussed with the mentors on site.

  • Consent to the publication of the work in the re.comm sketchbook (with the author's name, of course).

The course of the High Potential Program

Applications can be submitted on the re.comm website in late summer. The following is required: CV, letter of motivation, photo, details of university and course of study for real estate students and, if available, details of current position in the real estate industry for young professionals.

Five mentees will be selected in October 2024. They will receive a personal invitation and confirmation for re.comm 24.

Accommodation and catering during the event will be provided by epmedia Werbeagentur. Travel to the event must be organized and paid for by the participants themselves.
