Andreas Ridder studied law in Vienna and then completed a trainee program at the former Creditanstalt. After this program, he worked in the Investment Banking division of Creditanstalt. About a year later, he moved to the bank’s real estate division. After two more years at the bank, he decided to do an MBA at INSEAD in Fontainebleau. In 1991, he opened the branch in Vienna for CBRE (then still Richard Ellis). From this base, branches were opened throughout the CEE region over the years, which he managed. Today, CBRE is the absolute market leader in this region. He particularly enjoys brokering large investment transactions and looking after long-standing clients, an area in which he is still very active today.

For me personally, re.comm has been an annual highlight and a fixed date in my calendar from the very beginning. What makes the event so special is not only the highly interesting presentations from all areas of life, but above all the opportunity to hold informal discussions with important market participants in a relaxed atmosphere.
