The VÖPE—Association of Austrian Project Developers—is the independent advocacy group representing domestic project developers in the real estate industry. All elected officers serve on a volunteer basis for the VÖPE. Membership dues are used to create reliable and transparent operating conditions for the industry and, following an independent audit, are presented in detail to all members once a year.
The VÖPE brings all of its members’ perspectives directly into the dialogue with policymakers, the business community, and other relevant stakeholders. In addition, the VÖPE sees itself as a center of expertise on key issues related to construction, housing, and real estate law.
