Markus Mendel

Markus Mendel is Managing Director of EHL Investment Consulting GmbH and has more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry. After studying business administration with a focus on real estate and financial services in Stuttgart, he began his career in 2004 at the GAGFAH Group. This was followed by positions at CBRE in Berlin and as a Senior Manager in Real Estate Advisory at PwC Austria. He has been part of the EHL Group since 2015, where he is responsible for the national and international transaction business. His expertise lies in advising institutional investors on the purchase and sale of individual properties and portfolios. Markus Mendel is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and is an experienced expert in investment strategies and market analyses.
