Katrin Gögele-Celeda has been Country Manager Austria & Adriatic at IMMOFINANZ AG since September 2022 and is responsible for a portfolio of 600,000 sqm of lettable space with a total value of 1.2 billion euros. In her role, she focuses on over 60 commercial properties in Austria, Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia and Italy, in particular on the myhive brand for modern office space and STOP SHOP in the retail sector. Her aim is to develop innovative concepts tailored to the needs of tenants and to implement sustainable refurbishments and ESG requirements. Before entering the real estate industry in 2015, Katrin held various positions in the banking sector, where she specialized in capital market transactions in investment banking.
