Bettina Zaininger

Bettina Zaininger is the managing director and owner of ESTINA Immobilien, which specializes in the marketing of residential real estate in Vienna. Together with her team, she supports property owners and developers from strategic positioning through to the final apartment sale. In doing so, she combines in-depth market knowledge with a keen understanding of people and their diverse expectations regarding real estate. Personal dedication, honest advice, and a willingness to explore new approaches define her work, as does her use of digital technologies. In 2024, she was awarded the Cäsar Real Estate Award in the Small Diamond category.

In the residential real estate industry, we see firsthand how global uncertainty influences very personal decisions. As an entrepreneur, I must recognize changes early on, assess risks realistically, and at the same time have the courage to try new things. This requires looking beyond my own day-to-day business. For me, this is precisely where the value of re.comm lies: getting to know other perspectives, questioning my own convictions, and using that to make clear decisions.
