After studying engineering at ETH Zurich, Heinrich Gröller began his career in restructuring at Roland Berger before setting up a pallet plant in the Czech Republic himself and overseeing the rapid growth of the Schiebel Group as Managing Director for several years. Seventeen years ago, he took over the family’s real estate investments and developed them into a broad-based family office called Allholding.

At the same time, he is currently a venture partner at Speedinvest for the Climate & Industrial Tech division. He is also on the board of the Federation of Austrian Industries and Agenda Austria and on the advisory board of the Austrian Proptech Initiative and the Initiative for Teaching Entrepreneurship.
