R\u00e4ther has been responsible for AEW’s investment strategy in Germany and the DACH region from the D\u00fcsseldorf office since 2016. In his role, he manages the acquisition of real estate for German and pan-European fund mandates, with a particular focus on sustainable, long-term value-creating investments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After completing his Master’s degree at the London School of Economics and Political Science, he initially gained experience in the Real Estate M&A team at EY before moving to AEW. Today, he is one of the most prominent investment experts of his generation, combining a sound understanding of the market with a clear eye for strategic opportunities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
