Nadja Holzer MSc is a member of the management board of the STC Immobiliengruppe and is responsible for areas including financing, legal, transactions and ESG. A qualified lawyer and property economist, she worked as a partner in a Viennese commercial law firm for several years before joining the project development team. Since switching from law to project development, Holzer has volunteered as a member of the executive committee of the V\u00d6PE – Association of Austrian Project Developers, in the course of which she founded the \u2018V\u00d6PE Next\u2019 branch association and has successfully established and expanded it in recent years. She is also a member of Salon Real and is committed to promoting women in the industry.
