Jochanan Eynikel is a business philosopher at ETION Think Tank, a Belgian forum for business leaders and decision-makers. There he contributes content on business and technology ethics, entrepreneurship, future thinking and meaningful employment.
Jochanan Eynikel holds a Master’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Leuven (Belgium) and the University of Stellenbosch (South Africa) as well as a Master’s degree in Journalism. He is a guest lecturer on the ethics of technology at the Faculty of
Engineering Technology/Department of Computer Science at the KU Leuven.
His 2017 book on the ethics of technology (in Dutch: Robot aan het Stuur, Lannoo Campus) deals with the ethical and social implications of disruptive technologies such as
for example, intelligent robotics and artificial intelligence.
As an author and speaker, Jochanan Eynikel thinks, writes and speaks about the intersection of business, philosophy, ethics and technology. To make the development of robots humane, we need to talk about values – and that’s exactly what Jochanan does.
