Yaël Meier is one of the defining voices of Generation Z in the German-speaking world. Born in Lucerne in 2000, she began her career as an actress in award-winning Swiss film productions before breaking new ground as a journalist, columnist and entrepreneur. In 2020, together with Jo Dietrich, she founded the agency ZEAM, which helps companies such as Migros, Porsche and Allianz to not only reach Generation Z, but to really understand them. She combines media presence, strategic thinking and social sensitivity. With projects such as the Jobshot video platform and her SPIEGEL bestseller Gen Z, she has played a key role in shaping the debate on new working environments. She has been recognized for her work as a Forbes 30 Under 30 and LinkedIn Top Voice, among others.
