Carlos Moreno was born in Colombia in 1959 and moved to France at the age of 20. After becoming a leading robotics expert, he founded Sinovia. The mission of his start-up was to develop the city of the future. Moreno is also the founder of the “Live in a Living City” forum, which brings together experts from all over the world to examine the changes that the urban environment is undergoing.
