Peter Ulm is a lawyer and business economist and has held various positions in the real estate industry since 1993. Starting with the financing of real estate projects, through investment management and project development of both commercial and residential real estate, he has built up a wealth of experience. With his allora Immobilien GmbH , he focuses on large-volume commercial project developments in Austria. Peter Ulm is also Managing Director of Empira Management GmbH, the Austrian subsidiary of the investment and asset manager Empira Group.
