Neil Harbisson is a British artist and cyborg activist. He is the first person in the world with an implanted antenna in his head and the first cyborg officially recognized by a government. In 2010, Harbisson founded the Cyborg Foundation, which he says defends cyborg rights, promotes cyborgism as an art movement and supports people who want to become cyborgs.
