Lars Peter Feld

Lars P. Feld is one of the most influential economists in Germany. He was a member of the German Council of Economic Experts for over a decade, most recently as its chairman, and provided important impetus for economic and financial policy. His expertise includes economic policy, finance, new political economy and the economic analysis of law. Since 2010, he has held the Chair of Economic Policy and Regulatory Economics at the University of Freiburg, where he heads the Walter Eucken Institute.
