Dominik Bösl is a renowned pioneer in the field of robotics and artificial intelligence (AI) in Germany. He showed an early interest in technology and computer science, which led him to build an impressive career. After many years as Technology Owner at Kuka, the global leader in industrial robotics, he took on the role of Vice President & Head of Robotic Futures at FESTO AG & Co KG, where he was instrumental in the development of advanced automation solutions.

Today, Bösl is Professor of Digital Sciences, Automation and Leadership at the Bavarian University of Applied Sciences, where he works intensively on the ethical, moral, political and economic impact of technologies such as robotics and AI on society. He is passionate about the question of how technological advances can be made accessible to all and how their potential can be utilized in various social and industrial areas.
