Werner Mürz is an experienced investor and entrepreneur in the real estate sector and founder and CEO of the RESIDIA GROUP. Since 2010, he has been responsible for the strategic development and management of real estate projects with a focus on Munich, specializing in high-quality and sustainable investments.

He began his career at Deutsche Bank Realty Advisors in New York, followed by international positions at Doughty Hanson & Co and GLL Real Estate Partners. In addition to his family office, he is involved in other holdings and investments outside the real estate sector. He attaches great importance to sustainable investment strategies and sees real estate projects as an opportunity to actively shape the future.
